From 4th to 8th April 2022, the first Cyrcle Project Transnational Meeting was held in Luanda, Kenya, with youth workers from Italy, Greece and Mexico, who together with the host youth workers began the identification process of local community assets and analysis of needs, with the aim of creating an ascending strategy of valorization.
During the meeting, the Youth Workers jointly developed a SWOT-W (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats and Wishes) of the community, having the opportunity to meet, interact and discuss with the local population about the potential of their territory, collecting and analyzing data to identify resources/assets, problem challenges and the disposition of the local population, in order to establish specific goals that would allow the design of an appropriate valorization strategy for the community.
